Chosen by the Colorado Springs Fine Art Center’s administration to appraise the vast holdings of the museum for the Colorado College that was in the process of purchasing the museum and contents.

I was honored to take on such an important and daunting project and was greeted with a vast collection to explore!

C. H. Rockey Estate

Located and appraised the vast collection of artworks by Rockey scattered around Manitou Springs.  The estate is preparing to turn Rockey’s
residence and studio into a museum to display his legacy to the community.

The Ann Zwinger living estate sale was quite exciting.  Wonderful turn of the century residence directly across from Monument Valley Park.Ann was an accomplished author of Colorado natural histories.

1967 Lamborghini 400GT 2+2

28,000 miles, completely original preserved example.  Located stored, non-running in an airplane hanger here in town. A true survivor!
